Who are we?

ORPIA Afrique, the African subsidiary of ORPIA Group, specializing in the development of industrial projects in Africa in the cashew and agricultural by-product sectors.

Based in Ivory Coast, a key hub for global trade in cashew nuts, cocoa, and other agricultural resources, ORPIA Afrique supports the development of high-impact industrial projects with leading local partners.

ORPIA Afrique positions itself as a co-developer, offering partnership on projects with a turnkey business model: from technical design to operational implementation, including the organization of distribution channels.

OUR MISSION

Recycle and valorize 100% of cashew shells, cocoa pods and other agricultural by-products.

Committed to a circular economy, we continue to build strong partnerships and relationships with local processors to implement CNSL extraction units to recycle cashew shells, as well as units dedicated to the recovery of biomass from cashew cakes, cocoa pods, and other agricultural by-products.

We design and deploy turnkey projects as joint ventures with local partners across the entire value chain (technical design, installation of industrial units, operations, and distribution).

Our production solutions, combining technological robustness and sector expertise, are structured through ECP (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts. Adapted to the targeted biomass (cashew shells, cocoa pods, and other agricultural by-products), our equipment incorporates proven technologies optimized for efficient recovery.

Drawing on our expertise in eco-extraction, engineering, and industrial implementation, we rely on a network of European and Ivorian partners to ensure efficient and sustainable facilities, creating value in West Africa. By also ensuring the distribution of the resources produced, we position ourselves as a technical, technological, and strategic partner across the entire value chain.
